Dear Potential Swedesboro Sellers,

My husband and I moved from Northern New Jersey in August of 2022. We decided to rent in Medford to see if we generally liked the area and what South Jersey had to offer. We were nervous and unsure about moving to a new place that we were unfamiliar with. We quickly realized how much South Jersey has to offer and decided that we wanted to be here long-term.

We found out we were expecting a baby boy in September, who is due in June of 2023. We are so excited and can’t wait to start our family. After finding out about our pregnancy, we quickly began searching for homes in early 2023. Although the road has not been easy, as we have lost out on 5 offers, we are hopeful that we will find the right home. After searching in different towns throughout Burlington and Gloucester County, we quickly realized that Swedesboro is where we want to be. We have fallen in love with the town, and we are ready to fall in love with a new home! In the many times we have visited Swedesboro, we have felt it is where we belong and feel that it is the perfect place to raise our growing family. There are many reasons we love the area and feel that it is the perfect place for us. From the accessibility to Philadelphia, to the small town feel and sense of community. We truly love everything about it!
