It was not an easy market during our search and I feel without having talked to Nancy we would still be looking. However, I wanted to reach out and tell others how happy I was with the outcome of Nancy Kowalik in marketing and selling my home in Wenonah. Fist off, she doesn’t sugarcoat anything!! She told me the value of my home and stuck to her guns when I thought it was worth more. She told me that she would market my home, and she did!! My call was returned the same day and the appointment was set shortly after. When she says she will get you top dollar for your home, she will!!! I never thought we would get as much as we did to be perfectly honest. Our house sold in two weeks because of the amount of advertising she put out there and there were millions of reviews.
