However, I wanted to reach out and tell others how happy I was with the outcome of Nancy Kowalik in marketing and selling my home in Wenonah. Fist off, she doesn’t sugarcoat anything!! She told me the value of my home and stuck to her guns when I thought it was worth more. She told me that she would market my home, and she did!! It was not an easy market during our search and I feel without having talked to Nancy we would still be looking.
